Jon Henley visited both our Playzone and Nursery sites to find out more about early years intervention in practice as part of his article on the work of Karen McCluskey and the Scottish Violence Reduction Unit.

- Oct 2011: Time Magazine - Gangless in Glasgow article
Time Magazine met with Tracey and Grace in September on the recommendation of Karyn McCluskey from the Violence Reduction Unit. The discussion mainly focused on the role of early intervention and the impact this can have not just for children but for the familiy and the wider community.
- Mar 2011: The Evening Times - Clean Glasgow Awards 2011 Winners
The Jeely Piece Club is a Clean Glasgow Award winner! Our Go Play outdoors team have been getting involved with local schools and Jeely children to help to make our local environment a clean, safe place to play by helping with litter picking and other activities. The Jeely Piece Club is supporting the Scottish government's Play, Talk, Read campaign. When they asked us if we knew of any hands on grandparents with whom they could speak to, our Nursery staff immediately thought of Marion Morris - grandparent to two year old Jeely Nursery tot Mia, read more about Marion's grandparent experiences and the Play, Talk, Read campaign.

The People's Postcode Trust shot a video of our sensory room within the Jeely Nursery.
- Jul 2010: The Rutherglen Reformer
Our new outdoor Go Play project funding reported in this local newspaper helps to raise awareness of our new project to the local community.
