Were getting ready for Santa Claus !
Our Playzone and Nursery staff have been really busy preparing for Santa's arrival!
Here's a quick guide to our Christmas parties:
- Playzone Xmas party for P.1 to P.7s: Tue 20th Dec 4-7pm,
- Nursery Drop-In Xmas party at the Playzone for 0-5yrs and parents/carers: Mon 19th Dec 10.30am-12.30pm. Come along for party games, visit from Santa and a buffet
- Nursery Xmas Party - exclusively for our Nursery service children & parents: please see further details in your Nursery newsletter/noticeboard or ask your Key Worker
Last days of service before we close for Christmas
- Playzone - after school clubs: final sessions will be Mon 19th Dec
- Nursery Drop-In Service – final sessions will be on Fri 16th Dec

Go Play Outdoors
We’re all so very sad to be saying goodbye to our Go Play outdoor play programme this month. This 3 year project was funded by Inspiring Scotland and has come to its natural end. A huge thank you to the whole of the Outdoor team for all their fabulous efforts in getting children back into outdoor woodland play – come rain or shine! And an equally big thank you to Inspiring Scotland without whom we couldn’t have brought this programme to fruition.
Outdoor play has been such a huge success with so many children, groups & schools benefitting from our work – thank you also to all the parents, schools and groups who took part.
Help us to raise funds with your old PCs and laptops
Christmas is nearing and you or someone you know may be thinking about upgrading to a new computer or laptop.....don’t forget that we recycle unwanted computers & laptops which helps us to raise funds for our charity! Please note we cannot accept monitors – only the processor.
Xmas and New Year Holiday Dates
As always our dedicated staff have worked like Santa's elfs throughout the year to provide lot's of play, education & support to thousands of children.
Santa has ordered them to have a rest over the festive period starting from Wednesday 21st December, but don't worry they will be back on Wednesday 4th January 2012 with lots more activities and play opportunities for the next Year....yippee!
